Hi, I'm Faiza.
I loved drawing and crafting as a child. In 2019 I started painting, and it became my favourite thing to do.
I'm self-taught, and I paint from my home studio in Stockholm.
What Inspires Me
Nature. A lot! Sunsets, clouds, open skies, the sea, flowers and trees. I can't imagine my life without it, and I'm always drawn to natural colours, the kind you see outside.
I also find so many ideas on Pinterest. Most of my paintings start with something I saw outside, or a colour or mood I found there and couldn't stop thinking about.
In My Studio
Watercolour was the first medium I fell for. I love its luminous glow, its soft blends, and how every painting becomes a little surprise. Now I paint with acrylic and gouache too.
Real paint on paper is what makes me happy. Every painting is an original, signed by hand.
For Your Home
I paint to bring a little warmth and happiness into your home. I want to share my love for nature, so you can hang a small piece of it on your wall and enjoy it every day.
